Located in Monterey County California, Credit Consulting Services (CCS) is an accounts receivable management firm that provides solutions for reducing bad debt and improving overall cash flow. + Business Development Manager (BDM)

Location: Salinas, CA

Position Outline:

We are looking for a highly driven, goal orientated individual that wants to join an environment that will support you in achieving those goals.

The Business Development Manager (BDM) is responsible for all sales activities from lead generation to closing, prospecting, networking, lead qualification and verification. The position oversees initial client and account entry and works with Operations, Legal, and Accounting, to ensure smooth transition for new customers. The BDM is responsible for keeping accurate records of client and prospect information and updating the CRM with new and existing account information. This position is responsible for developing regional, statewide, and national target markets, promoting CCS to geographical and vertical markets through client referrals, prospecting, cold calling, and networking.

Requirements:

We are seeking an individual who is driven by success and brings a lot of creativity to developing business. Someone who can work effectively without day-to-day management and who also understands that communication with the internal support team is critical especially since the position is primarily a remote/work from home position. Interested candidates should have collection industry sales experience, or a strong business development background with experience in healthcare/medical, education, government, utilities, consumer goods and services, and/or commercial business.


Qualified Candidates:

  • Desire to pursue a role in sales, and have the drive to be successful
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration
  • 7 years of general business and sales experience with preference in collection & recovery industry
  • Experience with lead generation, lead qualification, outreach, through to deal closing
  • Creativity and strong critical thinking skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and evolving work environment
  • Ability to develop and maintain relationships
  • Experience with ZenDesk or other CRM system(s)

In addition to your annual base salary, our compensation package also includes: Commission plan on net fees collected on new business placements, health Insurance and a 401K plan

+ Customer Care Manager (CCM)

Location: Salinas, CA

Position Outline:

We are looking for a leader that wants to mentor and train others to be their best when it comes to servicing client relationships.

The Customer Care Manager (CCM) is responsible for answering questions, providing training and monitoring performance for all department members, and managing every part of the client support service team. As well, this position manages our Customer Care Touchpoint Program, responds to client calls and requests, manages our Client Access Portal and coordinates with the Business Development Manager (BDM) to nurture existing relationships and expand our industry network.

Requirements:

We are seeking an individual who instinctively knows that client service is what keeps every business in business. Someone who can lead with confidence, who has exceptional listening skills and who truly cares about providing service to others.

Interested candidates should have collection industry, client service experience, or a strong background in customer service positions with experience in healthcare/medical, education, government, utilities, consumer goods and services, and/or commercial business.


Qualified Candidates:

  • Must be well organized, a self-starter, and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be able to make sound independent decisions based on available data/facts
  • A quick learner and must adapt to technology and learn specific industry software
  • Approachable and naturally solves problems creatively and effectively
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration
  • 5+ years of general business experience with preference in client service in the collection & recovery industry
  • Must be able to multitask and prioritize in accordance with client priorities
  • Ability to easily develop and maintain relationships
  • Must be computer literate; MS Office experience required
  • Ability to read, write, analyze, and interpret general reports and business information
  • Experience with Fair Credit reporting Act a plus!

+ Consumer Financial Counselor (Collections Specialist) Full Time

Location: Salinas, CA

Reports to: Collections Supervisor

Description:

A nationally recognized, well established and highly respected accounts receivable management firm is seeking a motivated goal-oriented and organized professional with strong leadership and communication skills to assist in the recovery of accounts receivables. The Collections Specialist will be responsible for contacting and negotiating payment of delinquent accounts for a variety of clients from different industries. Essential Duties:

  • Responsible for contacting consumers for recovery of outstanding debt
  • Utilize skip tracing techniques to locate right parties
  • Overcome stalls and objections of payment
  • Successfully process a variety of payment options including credit cards, checks and cash transactions
  • Clear and accurate documentation of account activity
  • Investigative research in locating responsible parties and potential assets
  • Follow Federal and State laws regulating debt collection
  • Handling correspondence for accounts
  • Submit accounts to be reviewed for litigation and follow up on the litigation process
