 Government Collections CCS provides initial billing and collection follow-up to municipalities throughout California. Specialized programs have enabled these municipalities to capture revenue that is critical towards providing services promised to its taxpayers. In 1997 CCS was selected as a qualified vendor to provide collection services to the State of California under the Procurement Division's Master Service Agreement. Only 33 out of 122 agencies qualified to provide collection services under this agreement. CCS is a member of the American Collectors Association Government Services Program. |
